Injection Molding

Hedwin's in-house injection molding helps provide cost-effective, streamlined custom solutions for our customers.

Many of Hedwin’s products feature injection-molded components. With presses ranging from 30 through 300 tons, we mold our own closure systems and carrying handles for Cube®. Additionally we mold 70mm screwcaps, dust covers, and swing handles for Winpak® tight-head pails. Because Hedwin’s injection molding is in-house, we are able to save cost, increase efficiency, reduce lead times, and ensure 100% compatibility for all our component parts.
