Cube® Insert
The Cube® Insert is a blend of linear-low and low-density polyethylene
manufactured in the shape of a CUBE. It's designed for use with the Cubitainer Carton®, a
corrugated fiberboard overpack, as part of Hedwin's unique Cubitainer Combination Package.
However, the Cube® is robust enough to perform without a carton overpack as a stand-alone container for many applications. An optional, molded-in carrying handle significantly enhances its utility as a rugged, yet economical container with surprisingly low plastic content.
The top face of the Insert is designed to accommodate a 38mm, 63mm, or FlexSpout® opening. A reversible well design permits the Cube® opening
to be raised or depressed for pouring and storage. A Heat-Seal Spout is also available.
Cube® is designed to collapse without venting as product is dispensed . The non-glug design assures
product flows from the Cube® in a continuous, uninterrupted stream.
Cube® Inserts are also available fluorine-treated to help prevent chemical permeation,
or coated with Permeation-Resistant (PR) barrier to prevent product spoilage.
