Cube® Insert

Perfect Alone or as part of the Cubitainer® Combination Package

The Cube® Insert is a blend of linear low and low density polyethylene manufactured in the shape of a cube. It's designed for use with the Cubitainer Carton®, a corrugated fiberboard overpack, as part of Hedwin's unique Cubitainer Combination Package.

Alone, the Cube® Insert is robust enough to be used for numerous applications as a stand-alone container and can also feature a molded-in carrying handle.

The natural color Insert is manufactured using the Cube® Process and has a seam located along the diagonal periphery.

The top face of the Insert is typically designed to accommodate the fitment of a 38mm, 63mm, or FlexSpout® opening. A reversible well design permits the Cube® opening to be raised or depressed for pouring and storage. A Heat-Seal Spout is also available.

Cube® is designed to collapse as product is dispensed. The non-glug design assures product flows from the Cube® in a continuous, uninterrupted stream.

Cube® Inserts can easily be fluorine-treated to help prevent chemical permeation, or "PR" coated in the case of oxygen-sensitive food or chemical products.

Customization and Product Branding:
The Insert and Carton may both also be decorated to allow for both aesthetic and product usage information requirements.
