Hedpak® 5/6 Gallon Bottle

The Hedpak® bottle is a blow molded, high-density polyethylene bottle used in a corrugated overpack for shipping and storage. An integral handle on the top face with molded pouring vent, along with a finger recess on the bottom of the bottle makes the easy-to-use Hedpak® a popular package among a wide variety of end-users. The five gallon Hedpak® is also available with dual openings: 70mm (cap included) and 38mm with Quick Serve Tap attached. Ready-made for shelf dispensing applications.

The bottle can be removed for dispensing and to facilitate end-user handling. Filling the Hedpak® is easy, as well, with its standard 70mm threaded neck opening. The Hedpak® Cap features a 3/4" internal thread to accommodate a faucet for shelf dispensing applications. The unit also features an 18mm pouring vent located at the rear of the container's handle. An 18mm cap is also provided.

The standard Hedpak® can weigh less than half that of an OH pail, providing Package Source Reduction benefits to both manufacturer and end-user.

Available with or without carton. Should the Customer wish to obtain their own overpack, technical specifications for cartons are readily available for all Hedwin combination packages. Hedpak® is flame-treated to ensure proper label adhesion or silk-screening. Hedpak® Bottles meet UN Packaging Type(s) 4G & 6HG2 as well as applicable FDA regulations.
