• Exiting airport on I-195 to I-295 North to Baltimore.
  
  
• Follow I-295 into the city and turn Right on PRATT ST.
  
  
• Follow PRATT ST. and turn Left on CHARLES ST.
  
  
• Follow CHARLES ST. North through the city.
  
  
• After crossing over E. MOUNT ROYAL AVE., move to the left lane.
  
  
• Enter I-83 North (JONES FALLS EXPWY.) from left lane of CHARLES ST.
  
  
• Follow I-83 to COLD SPRING LANE East (Exit 9).
  
  
• Stay in right lane, turning Right through yield at first traffic signal (GRANDVIEW).
  
  
• Turn Right again at the first corner (OLD COLD SPRING LANE).
  
  
• Follow OLD COLD SPRING LANE and turn Left onto LAPLATA AVE.
  
  
• Follow LAPLATA AVE. to the bottom of the hill. Hedwin Administrative and Engineering Center are on the immediate left.
